Just a quick update on our activity since the first email last week regarding our Union's proposed flat rate increase.

There is lots of activity and posts on the website: http://noflatrate.yourfreebb.com A lot of really good questions have been raised, answered, and discussed. Check this one out regarding due process http://noflatrate.yourfreebb.com/topic41.html and why it is NOT too late to act.

There have been some questions on the forum if the flat rate proposal is an actual bargaining position. Rest assured, it is. You can see it here, Section 6, #32 http://www.cepsaskcouncil.ca/cep_proposals.htm

Last, and perhaps most important ... An important point that the union has failed to think about when they are saying their hands are tied is that they have the right to add, remove or amend these proposals.

THEY HAVE THE POWER TO GO PERCENTAGE!!!
